We are an independent strategic communication consulting firm founded in 1987 by Giuliana Paoletti, with offices in Milan and Rome. Thanks to a team of over 60 professionals, we have supported more than 300 companies over the years with our consulting services in all areas of communication: corporate, financial, ESG advisory, legal, product, healthcare, crisis management, advocacy and institutional relations, visual, and digital.
In over 35 years of experience with listed and unlisted companies, we have developed a consolidated network of relationships with the financial community and the media, both nationally and internationally, providing strategic consulting for more than 250 extraordinary financial operations (including M&A, IPO, OPA, and capital increases).

Giuliana Paoletti
Born in Perugia, Italy, in 1959, she graduated with a degree in Economics in 1981, and also holds a degree in Political Science (1983) and in Literature and Philosophy (1991).
After studying for a year at Columbia University in New York, upon returning to Italy she began her career at Ellesse in 1981, at that time a leading company in the production and marketing of sportswear, where from 1984 to 1987 she held the position of Director of Communications and External Relations.
From 1981 to 1983 she was assistant lecturer to the Chair of Public Law at the University of Perugia within the Economics and Business faculty. In 1987 she established Image Building, which she manages as Chairman of the Board.
She is actively involved in teaching several master’s programs in Communication, and in 2008 she founded the Image Building Master’s degree in financial and business communication.
She is Honorary Consul General of the Kingdom of Denmark for the Regions of Lombardy and Trentino-Alto Adige. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
